Town of Shelburne Asset Management Program

Sustainable Service delivery ensures that current community services are delivered in a socially, economically, and environmentally responsible manner that does not compromise the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Sound Asset Management practices enable Sustainable Service Delivery by integrating community values, priorities and an informed understanding of the trade-offs between risks, costs and services.

The Town of Shelburne's Sustainable Service Delivery needs will be met by ensuring adequate provision is made for the long-term planning, financing, operation, maintenance, repair, renewal, upgrade, replacement and disposal of capital assets.

Road Work Update : Week of Oct. 1st

Road Work Update: Dexter Construction Company Limited

Road Work is to commence most likely on Monday Oct. 1st, pending weather and should take approx. 3 days. From 7am-6pm, many different operations could be going on and could be on various sections of the work site. Traffic Control will be in place to help guide traffic safely throughout the work zones. Please be patient while waiting at a stop paddle, remember these people are there for your safety and the workers safety. Allow extra time on your travels and expect minor delays.

There will be cones placed in the parking areas along Water St. the night prior to Chip Seal. Do not remove these cones or park in these sections. It a vehicle is left unattended in the work area, we will attempt to find the owner, but if it is preventing work, it will be towed at the owner's expense. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause and thank you for your co-operation.
