Plan Shelburne, a review of the Town’s Municipal Planning Strategy, Land Use By-law, and Subdivision By-law, is underway in 2016. The Plan will create a vision of how the Town will develop and will include the policies and regulations to achieve that vision.
The first Public Participation Session focuses on the built environment. The built environment is a term used to describe the human-made spaces and systems that are necessary to allow people to live, work and recreate on a daily basis.
